DARK & STORMY- LIBRA STOUT FLOAT
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp Chocolate Sauce
3-4 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
1 can Libra Stout
1 tbsp Shaved Dark Chocolate
1 Cinnamon Stick
METHOD:
1) In a tall pint glass, drizzle the chocolate sauce in, and let it pool at the bottom.
2) Scoop in your Vanilla Ice Cream - it should reach the top of the glass
3) Pour in Libra Stout to the top
4) Garnish with Shaved Dark Chocolate and a Cinnamon stick
5) Optional additional toppings - whipped cream, more chocolate sauce, toasted coffee beans, caramel sauce.
Stir well and ENJOY!
