Non-alc is taking Canada by storm- there are so many new and exciting things popping up in cities all over the country! Here are a few ideas for you to start checking out:
1) Luminate Company in Halifax, Nova Scotia
Wherever you may be on your wellness journey Luminate Co is here to support and guide you in a safe, non-judgemental environment that puts people and planet first. We just had our first event with Luminate a few weekends ago for summer solstice and we were overjoyed with their growing non-alcoholic selection. 2) Kynota Drinks in Ottawa, Ontario
We were introduced to Kynota Drinks last summer while we were in Ottawa for Bluesfest- and they’ve been growing and making waves ever since! With an ever growing NA section- Kynota is the perfect place to discover the exciting world of non-alcoholic beer, no alcohol wine, zero proof distilled spirits, and ready-to-drink mocktails. They offer free and paid in store tastings, NA cocktail workshops and more. Check out their first summer event series on July 5th from 5pm-7pm, with our friend Sarah Kate from Some Good Clean Fun.
3) The Zero Proof Club- country wide
The Zero Proof Club was formed in 2020 to show people that the choice to be sober or drink in moderation can be just that: a choice. The club is a great resource to find restaurants and bars near you that have delicious NA options, as well as a place to hear about fully dry events near you, or mocktail classes etc. Join the club!
4) Free Bar Company- country wide

5) Sunnyside Natural Market, Calgary, Allberta
Sunnyside Natural Market is an intimate neighbourhood market in the Kensington area of Calgary- who are all about organic products, supporting local and being healthy/friendly. Check these amazing people out if you’re in the area- great NA options, as well as a never ending selection of wellness products, fresh produce, flowers etc to get you feeling your best!
6) The Wellness Exchange, Moncton, New Brunswick
The Wellness Exchange is NB’S award winning store for natural products + local goods and are proud to offer the largest variety of wellness products in the province They are all about educating, empowering and creating positive change in peoples lives, judgment free. 7) Designated Drinks - country wide
Designated Drinks is Canada’s largest non-alc beverage marketplace who specialize in non-alcoholic craft breweries. Founded in London, Ontario out of the need for more options and not being able to find delicious products locally. Check out their product list here!
8) Daughters General Store - Kingston, Ontario
Daughters is a family-owned small business located in the center of Kingston’s Inner Harbour Neighborhood. They offer a thoughtful selection of comfort foods and basic necessities as well as a very large selection of yummy non-alcoholic products! Check out their cute store if you’re around Kingston.
