Weāve got a beer cocktail thatās going to keep you refreshed and feeling good all summer long. We teamed up with the team of Best Cocktails to make the perfect BEER CAESAR.Ā
For us, a great Caesar needs two things. Great flavours and lots of garnish. In order to make this one, you need to do a little prep work.Ā
Step 1: Take a slice of lemon and go around half of the glass rim with spices of your choice. We used Trade Joes Ajika Georgian Seasoning Blend for ours.Ā
Step 2: Add some ice cubes along with some Mixicles JalapeƱo Citrus cubes.Ā
Step 3:Ā Pour some Libra Pale Ale into the glass as well as Clamato juice.
Step 4: Add in 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce, some olives, and anything else you prefer- hot sauce, horseradish etc.Ā
Step 5: Finish it off with some fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper.Ā
Step 6: Garnish with a lemon slice, celery stick, hamburger slider and 2 pieces of shrimp.
